Fisheries Research & Outreach


In the Fisheries Section, we design applied research, extension, and outreach projects to address current issues faced by our coastal communities. One of our goals is to increase communication and collaboration between fishermen, scientists, managers, conservationists, and the public. We seek practical solutions to problems that involve both protecting coastal resources and sustaining local livelihoods. Select from the current topics below for more information.
